Full obedience to God

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. (Romans 6: 6).
The old man was crucified with Jesus. The old man means the body of sin, sinfulness (original sin). This is to die. But not many believe that sinfulness dies, for it is almost impossible to die in the eyes of the flesh. This is the grace that God bestows upon those who repent. The ten spies who said, "If we enter Canaan, we die," and those who believed it would have no choice but to believe in the eyes of the flesh.

All who believed the words of the ten spies died in the wilderness. Only Joshua and Caleb said, "If we enter Canaan, we can take possession of the land." God was angry at Numbers (14:11). And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?

That day, ten spies died. Today, everyone who says, in the church, "the old man never dies" will be like this. Those who do not die of old man shall not enter the kingdom of God.

The faith in in Christ Jesus and in Canaan is the same. This faith is manifested in the act of entering. No matter how much faith there was in the Red Sea, all Hebrew people who did not enter Canaan died in the wilderness. Unless we enter into Christ Jesus, we cannot be saved. If faith does not lead to obedience, we cannot be saved. Obedience is not something I work hard at, but obedience to what the Lord tells me to do. The Lord says, "Old man must die."

As Romans (6: 7) says, only the dead (old man) enter the kingdom of God. Enter The ten spies and those who believed them are those who cry out to God in Egypt. Through Moses, God caused the people to experience numerous miracles, crossing the Red Sea to see the Egyptian army die. The Bible book of Hebrews says that "the people crossed the Red Sea by faith." However, they thought, "We die when we enter Canaan." Today, we believe in God, experience miracles, live in the conviction of salvation, but substitute the fleshly thought that "sinity does not die." Repentance comes into effect when faith leads to action.

Is this important story? Unless the old man dies on the cross with Jesus Christ, we cannot enter the kingdom of God. Only those crucified with Jesus can enter. Only those who died on the cross with Jesus die of sinfulness (old man) because dying on the cross is the old man. However, in reality, people who say that sinfulness moves and causes them to sin are like thinking lightly about the word "dying." There is a saying in the Bible that says, "Death," but humans believe that "does not die." It is the person who never obeys the word of God. Those who do not obey are not born again. But sinfulness can rise again, for Satan continues to spread the seed of evil. Satan attacks the body of the born again. Thus, the old man dies every day.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26). This faith needs explanation from Galatians 3: 23-25. "But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed". Thus, faith does not come unless he is led to Christ on the cross. Only those who are united with Christ on the cross gain faith. The apostle Paul said that faith is not given to anyone. Many churches, however, speak on the basis of Galatians 3:26: "Believe in Jesus is saved". This belief is what I believe in, faith in healing, faith in problem solving. Without faith from heaven, we cannot be saved. If faith does not come from heaven, we are ensnared in our fleshly minds and eyes.

For he that is dead is freed from sin. (Romans 6: 7) Those who die old and whose sinfulness is dead are justified by God. Sinfulness is greed hidden deep within man. This is an idol. If it does not die, we cannot be saved. Until the body dies, we must kill the old man so that it will not survive. If our identity is in the spirit body, we become the killers of the old man every day, but if we are in the physical body, the death of the old man is impossible. Thus, those who follow the spirit think of the works of the spirit, and those who follow the flesh think of the works of the flesh.

From the moment we are united with Jesus who died on the cross, our spiritual warfare against Satan begins. Satan endlessly tries to revive the body of the flesh. But the born again must kill the old man endlessly. Just as those who enter Canaan must fight the tribes of Canaan and take possession of the land, so the born again must fight and overcome the old man. So faith is like obedience. If faith does not appear in works, it is faith in me. If our faith is not connected with sin-fighting faith, then it is not faith from God.

On Mount Sinai, God gives stone to the people, but unrepentant humans do not change. Peter did not change when he witnessed the conversation with Moses and Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration. The eye of the flesh is not obeying the word of God. And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. (Hebrews 3: 18-4: 1)

"Fear" is what God says to those who think, "Old man cannot sin." We must always live nervously, watching over the old man. If our old man does not die, no matter how promising, we cannot enter the kingdom of God. Our old man does not die, and we are not forgiven by the blood of Jesus. Only those who killed the old are free from sin. (Romans 6: 7) The Lord tells us to kill the old man, who thinks it is impossible for the old man to die. God says you must be afraid, but men are not afraid of God. The Bible says, "kill the old man (greedy).
People hold onto the words, "God always loves you and is with you."

For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. (Hebrews 4: 2)
Faith that does not obey is not tied to saved faith. Romans (6:6) says that the old man was a body of sin. The old man is sinful. This old man must die. So we fight against the old and become overcomers.
