Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.  And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? (Genesis 3: 8-9)

The day of the day is the same day as the first and second days. When the wind blows, it is "Rauach" in Hebrew. In other words, the Hebrew word "Rauach" has the meaning of wind, breath (breath), blow, and spirit.

In Genesis 1: 2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Here, Spirit is Rauach. In Genesis 1: 2 it is translated as spirit, and in 3: 8 it is translated as "when the wind blows." Therefore, the phrasewhen the wind blows that dayshould be translated aswhen the Holy Spirit comes.

It means "the Lord God who walks in the garden", the God who is present. So, it is "hear the sound of God appearing." This is a figurative expression of God's direct appearance in the world. In Exodus 19:18,And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. As God appeared, the Israelites trembled in fear. So the people asked Moses to meet God on their behalf.

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. (Genesis 3: 8)

They did not hide because they were ashamed, but because of the fearful God. And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. (Genesis 3:10) To take off is to take off the body of the spirit. Since they have become the ones who have left God, they are afraid of God. Why did God appear before Adam? Why did God appear to the Israelites?

Those who left God were not God's people, but the Israelites cried out to God. God remembered the covenant he made with Abraham and brought him out of Egypt, and finally God appeared to make a covenant with the people. God makes a covenant with Adam and his wife in Genesis 3:15.And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. And, God said to the spirits who left God, what happened in the kingdom of God in 3: 11-14.
They hid among the trees in the garden

There was only one tree in the garden. It is a tree that knows good and evil. However, the tree of life is hidden in it. In Genesis 1: 6, `` And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. "Here is also the expression" in the midst "." Hidden "means" Hidden behind a tree of good and evil. " In other words, "Hidden" means that Adam and Eve ate the fruit of a tree that knows good and evil. In other words, spirits who did not maintain their position in the kingdom of God wanted to show their own righteousness and become like God. God is explaining through the work of the Garden of Eden.

When the spirit in the kingdom of God takes off the body of the spirit and wears the flesh, the spirit forgets about the kingdom of God. So, the Bible says that the Spirit is dead. God's words to Adam and his wife in Genesis 1-3 were naked, because they were eating the fruit of their tree (their righteousness) that made them know good and evil, and were put on flesh. However, they do not know that. Humans do not know that they have left the kingdom of God as soon as they are born into this world.

So, God says, "to those who are hiding behind the tree of knowledge of good and evil": Do not rely on the tree of knowledge of good and evil, but repent and turn around to find the fruit of the tree of life and eat eternal life. God gave the Israelites a law (a tree of knowledge of good and evil), but the people hid behind the law. So, God tells the Israelites through the law to realize that they are sinners and to discover and eat Christ (the tree of life) to come.

The LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? This question is intended to indicate why they are hiding. In the kingdom of God, the failure of the spirits to maintain their position is to show their righteousness by the delusion of Satan. After all, God reveals that it is Satan who deceived the spirits. In Chapter 3: 11-13And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?  And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.  And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

The intention of God to speak to man (Adam) through what happened in the garden of Eden (the garden on this earth) is as follows: You do not know that you have left the kingdom of God, but you have been deceived by Satan and are eventually brought into the material world. You have come, but you are about to fulfill your righteousness, but you must give up it and eat the fruit of the tree of life to receive the righteousness of God. After finishing the explanation, God clothed Adam and his wife with leather garments to obtain God's righteousness.

The leather garment means that the righteousness of Adam and Eve dies through the sacrifice of the animal, so that it is born again. In the New Testament, dying on the cross with Jesus Christ is the death of sinners' own righteousness. Jesus' saying, "Deny yourself," is your righteousness. It is to put down one's mastership.

What God says to Adam through the garden of Eden is the same as what God says to all human beings in the world. All human beings do not know that they are trapped in this world away from the kingdom of God. Because they are trapped, all humans are sinners. Sinners have no choice but to be judged by God's law. Only to those who discover the tree of life, God gives faith as a gift. All who have not received the gift of faith are prisoners, as in Galatians 3: 23-24.But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.  Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

But when they find Christ through the law, God leads them to life. In Genesis 3:15, God made a covenant with Adam and Eve. And, in Genesis 15:18, "In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates". God has a covenant with Israel. In Genesis 24: 8, "And if the woman will not be willing to follow thee, then thou shalt be clear from this my oath: only bring not my son thither again. . God makes a new covenant with all repentant peoples. In Luke 22:20, Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. The person who dies with Jesus becomes a participant in the new covenant.
