spirit

Q/A 1: What is a spirit? Man is composed of body and spirit. By combining the body and the spirit, it became a living being. Thus, the spirit becomes part of an inseparable union from humans. In Genesis 2:7 『 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.』(kjv) A living soul means a living being. So, when a person dies, the life phenomenon (soul) disappears. The soul is nothing more than a life phenomenon. Life phenomena are expressed in emotions and memories. Q/A 2: Is there really a spirit? In Luke 8:55, 『And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat. The daughter of the synagogue leader, Jairo, died. However, there is a story about Jesus going to his house and saving his daughter. The spirit returned because the daughter was alive. Q/A 3: Where do people come from and where do they go? Ecclesiastes 12:7 『Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. 』The flesh came from the soil, so it returns to the ground. By the way, it is the fact that the spirit goes back to God. This is what Jesus answered to the Sadducees' question about what happens when people die in a conversation with Jesus and the Sadducees. In Luke 20:35-36, 『But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. 』The Bible said that the resurrection is equal to the angel. That is, the spirit united with the body is resurrected and returned to the angel because the body dies. Q/A 4: Where is the evidence that the spirit was an angel? Jude 1:6 『And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 』 2 Peter 2:4 『For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 』Darkness and pits mean the material world. The spirit must be in the kingdom of God, but it is unnatural for the spirit to be in this world. The angels who followed Satan received God's wrath and became humans because they were trapped in the dust. In the kingdom of God, Satan tempted many angels, thinking that he could become like God without God. So, the angels did not keep their positions and followed Satan. Q/A 5: How can you prove an event in God's kingdom? In Isaiah 14:12-14, 『How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 』 The commandment (Greek: Lucifer, Hebrew: Helel, the name of the archangel) wanted to be like God. And the commandment tempted other angels as well. The same thing happened in the Garden of Eden, which symbolizes the kingdom of God. The story of Genesis 1-3 is an event in the Garden of Eden, but it is a picture of what happened in the kingdom of God. God is using parables to explain things before creation. In the Bible (Genesis 3:4-6), ``And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 』 So, "And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 』The serpent symbolizes Satan, and Eve symbolizes the angel who followed Satan. Adam is the symbol of Christ to give the body of sin. The fruit of the tree of knowing good and evil symbolizes the “self-righteousness” that people think can become like God. Q/A 6: What must the spirit do to become an angel? The saints must wear the body of the spirit. Humans seem to have their spirits trapped in their bodies. The saints must take off their flesh and put on the body of the spirit. In 1 Corinthians 15:44, "It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. When the saints are alive, the fresh body must die before the spirit is put on the spirit body. However, in reality, he cannot kill his own body. So, the Bible introduces the fleshly body (old man) that symbolizes the flesh. In Romans 6:3-4, 『Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 』 Baptism is the process of dying of the old man (fresh's body). Q/A 7: Why must the old man die? In Romans 6:6, 『Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 』The old man is the body of sin. It is a desire to become like God. All humans think that they can be God without their knowledge. In Ephesians 4:22, “That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 』The old man is the thought (greed) to pursue the work of the flesh. In 1 Corinthians 2:14, ``But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. Therefore, the Bible says that the old man (greed) must die. Jesus said to deny yourself. At this time, oneself becomes the subject of greed. The heart of oneself, originated from the flesh, is the subject of greed. It means to deny this before the words of the Bible. God raises the spirit of the self-denying one. In John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 』The reason the old man must die is to save the spirit. All humans have a spirit dead from birth. Because the spirit is trapped in the body of sin, it is dead. When the spirit is dead, it means that the relationship with God is broken. Q/A 8: The secret of regeneration and resurrection To be born again is to be born again. Baptism is like being born again. The baptism of the heart is contained in formal baptism. The desire to become like God is projected onto Jesus Christ, who died on the cross, and reborn with the risen Jesus Christ. To be united with Jesus who died on the cross is the fact that Jesus, who died on the cross, is "I." Do not forget this. Repentance is not reflecting on sins in this world, but repentance is to turn back from wanting to be like God. So, it is going back to God. When the apostle Paul said, “I die every day,” the confession must be my confession to become born again. Those who are regenerated are those who wear the body of an invisible spirit, like the resurrected body of Jesus. So, they sit at the right hand of God in Christ. In Galatians 3:27, 『For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 』In Colossians 3:3, 『For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 』This is God's promise and faith in Christ. He who is in Christ is never condemned by the law. In Romans 8:1-2, ``There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” The reason is that God gave us grace to preach the gospel of life while we were living in this world. Those who are in Christ are the ones who died on the cross with Jesus Christ.
