Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

(Matthew 26:14-16)Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

Judas Iscariot sold Jesus for thirty pieces of silver from the priest. He became a disciple of Jesus, but he betrayed Jesus and sold him to the Jewish leaders. Why did Judas Iscariot, a disciple of Jesus, sell Jesus? We can see that Judas Iscariot was chosen as one of the twelve, but unlike his other disciples, he did not use the title Lord for Jesus, but instead called Jesus Rabbi, and did not recognize him as more than a teacher. So he had no faith in Jesus.

As we can see in John 12:5-6, Judas was possessed by greed to the point of betraying the trust of Jesus as well as of his fellow disciples. Judas only knew that Jesus had many followers, and he believed he could benefit from the fundraising raised for the group. So he may have wanted to follow Jesus. The fact that Judas was in charge of the money bag for the group means that his interest was in money.

Judas also believed, like most people of his day, that the Messiah would overthrow Roman colonial rule and assume a position of power over the State of Israel. Judas may have followed Jesus in the hopes of profiting from his association with him who would emerge as the new ruling political force. Undoubtedly, he expected himself to become one of the ruling elites after the revolution. By the time Judas betrayed, Jesus made it clear that he planned not to start a revolt against Rome, but rather to die. So, Judas would have been convinced that he would never be the Messiah he had hoped for if he did not overthrow Rome, as the Pharisees did.

It means that the heart that Judas Iscariot thought was ultimately under the control of Satan. If you do not abide in the words of Jesus, everyone can become like Judas Iscariot. Instead of saying, You were born to be loved by God,” “You are under the power of Satan, so you are clothed with Christ and turned into Satan. We have to get out of here, the church has to say. They must tell them that the spirit is dead because it is under the power of Satan. Because the spirit is dead, we cannot meet God.

It is a contradiction to say that Shinto has met God while he is under the control of Satan. If a believer does not wear Christ on the cross, he has not met God, but is being held captive by the devil. Such a person worships the devil, but he considers himself to be worshiping God. So he is a child of wrath.

The reason they do not think they are the object of wrath against God is because they do not realize that they are against God. This is because they become slaves of Satan and do what Satan wants, but do not completely escape from it. Why were they enslaved to Satan? This is because they followed Satan because they wanted to become like God. In every human heart, the desire to be like God is crouched like a snake.

In John 8:44, Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

If a believer comes to church and says, We are no longer children of the devil, but children of God, but they do what the devil tells them to, they are still children of the devil. The change of status is not in words, but in actions. It is necessary to forsake the child of the devil.

To give up being a child of the devil is to throw away the greed to become like God. That's why Jesus said, "Deny yourself." Only those who repent and fear God can deny themselves. Otherwise, they will still be enemies of God. Because only those who fear God can completely obey God. Only those who repent can understand Satan's craftsmanship. This is because Satan creeps in like a snake with thoughts and feelings of self. How do you know that? It is because we can know the identity of Satan through the Word of God.

The body reflected in the mirror is a being made of matter. The concept of Self is created and settled in the mind because the body has been looked at, felt, packaged with higher-order knowledge, and thought for decades. that is the soul The soul is considered the master of the body. So when something else comes in, I reject it in my heart. Even if you think that something else is truth, you reject it.

Even though they cry believing that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for me, if they do not realize the identity of the I they cry, their spirit is still dead and they think of me as the soul. Therefore, the words deny yourself cannot be accepted in the heart.
