In the holy place the abomination of desolation stands

In Matthew 24:2-3, And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

While talking to his disciples, Jesus said that the temple would be destroyed. However, the disciple asked when this would happen, and what would be the sign of the end of the world. The subject Jesus was talking about was the story of the temple. The temple means the temple in Jerusalem in the Old Testament times and the temple in the hearts of the saints with the Holy Spirit in the New Testament. When the saints gather in a chapel, it is sometimes called a church. However, the church building itself is not referred to as a temple. Because the temple building collapses (Jesus died on the cross), and the resurrected Jesus becomes the temple. The theme of Matthew 24 is the story of the temple in the hearts of the saints in the last days of the world.

Matthew 24:15-16 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:What should we realize? We must know what the abomination of perdition is, spoken of by the prophet Daniel. Jesus came to this world and died on the cross as a redemption for all sinners. The death of the cross is the sacrifice of eternal redemption. The abomination stands in the holy place means that the abomination abolishes the eternal sacrifice of atonement.

Then what is the abomination? is it satan? It has to do with Satan, of course, but humanism, legalism, and gnosticism do just that. The sacrifice of eternal redemption of Jesus Christ becomes eternal redemption for those who believe in dying with Jesus and being resurrected with Jesus. Nothing else can be substituted for it. However, if the abolition of the eternal sacrifice of atonement is taking place in the church, if you see and realize it, you must return to the gospel quickly. The mountain is the temple of God. The temple of God means the church in the heart of the saints, and the saints gathered in the church of the world. The saints must return to the heart of the Holy Spirit and return to the gospel of Christ.

Why do humanism, legalism, and gnosticism make the gospel obsolete?

Humanism makes the Bible look human-centered, interprets it, and transforms it. God had promised to give the land of Canaan, but the people who left Egypt did not believe God's promise except for two people (Joshua and Caleb). It is said that looking at the descendants of Anak who lived in Canaan, they wept and wept that if they entered Canaan they would die. Although God says, "I will not accuse the dead of being united with Jesus Christ," the people of the church look at the fleshly condition and have no choice but to sin, but they do not accept God's word as impossible. They only partially believe in the eternal atonement of Jesus Christ. They believe in God's forgiveness for original sin, and believe that the sins of the world must be repented of.

Legalism is a different concept from the Mosaic Law. The distinction between law and legalism is very important for salvation. The law is God's word given to the Israelites by God. God commanded the people to keep the law to attain the righteousness of God. The people tried to keep the commandments of the law, but they could not. That is why everyone tried to be freed from sin through animal sacrifices. The purpose of God giving the Law to the people of Israel is, "You are all sinners, and when you realize that fact through the Law, discover the seed of promise (Christ) through the sacrifice." In this way, Christ is hidden in the law. Therefore, the law is strictly the gospel of Jesus Christ. The law is the word of God that leads to the discovery of Christ, but legalism is an idea that removes Christ. The idea of legalism that has entered the church does not deny me, but makes me stand up. An example of this is the Ten Commandments. Believers must discover sin in the Ten Commandments and enter the cross of Jesus Christ, but rather than keep them, they are bound by the commandments. The Ten Commandments are God's commandments, but God's love for sinners is contained in them. To be bound by rules is legalism.

Those with the Gnostic ideology believe that human beings have divinity, but the spirit is trapped in the material body, so the divinity has been hidden. So they think that through wisdom they can restore divinity and become divine beings. The proponents of Gnosticism do not insist on any one form, but have diverse ideological views. The Gnostics are: those who believe that they can become divine by their own efforts; Also, they receive revelation from a divine being and become sons of God, and God does so to those who believe in his words. Some say they are the Christ. In Matthew 24:23, Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. They are usually evil in body, divine in spirit, and tolerant of sin. Perhaps all religions except Christianity are a branch of Gnosticism. By the way, if this thought came into Christianity, you might be surprised.

Those with Gnostic ideology distort two things within the church. They transform the image of God into the disposition of God so that they can be restored through holy living, They make the "man's sense of guilt toward God" disappear. The sin in the Bible is not the original sin to break the commandments, but the greed to break the commandments (the desire to become like God). Those with gnostic ideas do not consider it a sin to desire to be like God. As people in the church consider it a sin to break the commandments, they focus on whether they keep the commandments or not, and are indifferent to their greed to become like God.

If we combine humanism, legalism, and gnosticism, they pervert God's Word into a human-centered way. In particular, the Bible is in Hebrew (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testament), and we must realize that many changes have been made in the process of translating them. Even in the English Bible, there are many differences between the NIV and the KJV. That is why the words of the Bible are conveyed to people in a completely different meaning from what God has given them.

A typical example of this is Romans 3:22. Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference Faith in Jesus Christ is the faith of Jesus Christ: KJV. The NIV is said to be faith in Christ. Faith in Christ or faith in Christ is not simply believing in the name of Jesus, but believing in death and resurrection with Jesus. Faith is to die with Jesus and be resurrected together. Pastors say that if you believe in the name of Jesus, you will be forgiven of all your sins. That is why there is no "word of truth that we must die with Jesus" in the chapel. The point of the cross is to die with Jesus. They have no sense of sin (greed) in their hearts. It is a sin to "leave from God to become like God", and they are only preoccupied with the sins of the world according to the stipulations of the law. Also, they understand that the image of God is the character God has given, and they can live a holy life zealously and try to achieve the image of God. This is no different from the self-proclaimed pagan religions.

In Matthew 24:32, Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch his is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nighIn light of the circumstances of the times, the Bible tells us to recognize that when these kinds of things are prevalent, the end times are approaching. In many churches, the Word is already distorted, the gospel, humanism, legalism, and gnosticism are mixed, and these wrongs are located in the heart of believers as the essence of their faith. Even in the world, due to material omnipotence, the human mind is heading towards the earth rather than heaven, the occurrence of natural disasters is rapidly increasing due to climate change, and the development of artificial intelligence to replace human knowledge and the lifespan of human beings with the development of science and technology. Biotechnology is advancing at a tremendous level in the direction of increasing A person may be seeking eternal life on his own. If we do not let go of the idea that we can do divine powers on our own, we will surely be judged by God.

Matthew 24:37-39, But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.They say that they eat and drink the words of the Bible and that Christ is my bridegroom, but they do not realize that they are serving abominations. There is no other way for us to be saved than to deny ourselves and be united with Jesus Christ, who died on the cross. That is why the believer must quickly change his mind, put down everything he is doing, and return to the death of the cross.
