The kingdom of God
The kingdom
of God
1. The concept of
the kingdom of God
1) Heaven and the
Kingdom of God
In the Bible, the word heaven and
the kingdom of God appear. Regarding heaven, Matthew 3:2 says, "Repent,
for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" and 5:3 says, "Blessed are the
poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." The Greek word is 『ἡ βασιλεία τῶν οὐρανῶν』. ἡ βασιλεία is the kingdom, and τῶν οὐρανῶν is a plural noun with an article
grammatically, meaning the kingdom of God entering the hearts of the saints.
And, what is translated as the kingdom of God is in Acts 19:8, “Paul went into the synagogue and boldly argued about the kingdom
of God and exhorted him for three months.” The Greek word for the kingdom of God is 『τῆς βασιλείας τοῦ θεοῦ』. It means
the kingdom of God ruled by God the Father. It is the kingdom of God commonly
spoken of in the church. τοῦ θεοῦ has an article (τοῦ) and means God the Father. When there is no article, it refers to
Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the kingdom of God from two
aspects.
Translated as heaven, τῶν οὐρανῶν is the
kingdom of God in which the temple is built in the hearts of the saints and
Jesus Christ, who comes to the temple, rules. Jesus Christ descended into the
hearts of the saints and proclaimed the kingdom of God on earth. In the hearts
of the saints, Jesus Christ is the kingdom of God, and it is the kingdom ruled
by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Luke 17:20-21, “When the
Pharisees asked when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus answered and said, “The
kingdom of God does not come with the visible, nor is it here or there. I am
inside
What is the kingdom of God on earth, and what kind of character
does it have? We must look at it in connection with the kingdom of God, ruled
by Jehovah God. τῆς βασιλείας τοῦ θεοῦ is the concept of the kingdom
of God that includes the first, second, and third heavens. Therefore, if we
interpret the third heaven in a biblical way, the words of Jesus about the
kingdom of heaven naturally make sense.
2) The triune God
and the kingdom of the triune
There are three things that define a country. power, territory
and people. If you compare this with the kingdom of God, you can understand it
enough. The kingdom of God also has authority, territory, and God's people.
(Authority: Trinity God)
God means the kingdom of God soon. Therefore, the God of
the Trinity becomes the "Kingdom of God" of the Trinity. God is one,
but works as a triune God. Although God is one, He works through the Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit according to the method of government. God the
Father is the God of the throne, God the Son is the Creator, and the Holy
Spirit connects and operates everything created. However, in the kingdom of
God, Jehovah God becomes the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When humans
look at it, they can realize that it operates as three personalities.
Ultimately, however, there is one Jehovah God, not three. The kingdom of God
according to its ruling method is the kingdom of the Trinity. The kingdom of
the Trinity is the kingdom of the throne of God the Father, the kingdom of
Jesus Christ, and the kingdom that works by the Holy Spirit.
(The kingdom of the Trinity)
In Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created(בָּרָ֣א) the
heavens (הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם)
and the earth (הָאָֽרֶץ)”
שָּׁמַ֖יִם
is sky, but with the article to say in front of it, it becomes הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם,
which is the sky. That specific sky represents the kingdom of God. The kingdom
of God is one, not many. Jehovah God is one.
However, due to the angels who sinned, the rest in
the kingdom of God was broken. So, God predestined Christ and imprisoned those
who sinned in the material world as the first plan. And God Himself became the
first man, Adam, and gave the body of sin, then died on the cross as the last
Adam, and gave a spiritual body to save life. When we look at this figure, God
is seen as the Trinity. The Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
Likewise, the kingdom of God is also a concept like this. So, to human eyes, it
is seen as the kingdom of God the Father, the kingdom of Jesus Christ, and the
kingdom connected by the Holy Spirit. Of course, these three kingdoms of God
are one. Just as the three persons of God are one, the three kingdoms of God
also become one. However, when viewed with human eyes, it appears as the three
kingdoms of God according to God's ruling method.
The first heaven
The
first heaven signifies the kingdom of God where the Father is on the throne. It
is the kingdom of God where God the Father is present as a spirit. that no one
has ever seen But the saints can be known through Jesus Christ. In 1 Timothy
6:16, “He
alone possesses immortality, and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man
has seen and cannot see. To him be honor and eternal power. Amen.”
The second heaven
The
second heaven is the kingdom of Jesus Christ, the kingdom of the Son who is present
in the body of a spirit. The resurrected Jesus said in Luke 24:39, "Look
at my hands and feet and know that it is I. Touch me. A spirit does not have
flesh and bones as you see I have." In Colossians 1:12-13, “May we give thanks to the Father,
who has made us worthy to have a share in the inheritance of the saints in the
light, who has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to
the kingdom of the Son he loves. 』
The third heaven
The
third heaven is called the Garden of Eden, or the new heaven and the new earth.
The Apostle Paul, in 2 Corinthians 12:2, refers to the third heaven. This
heaven becomes the country where Adam, the first man, rules with God. Adam, the
first man, signifies God Himself. That is why he becomes Emmanuel.
The
beings of the third heaven live eternally and wear spiritual bodies. In 1
Corinthians 15:44, “For if a physical body is sown and a spiritual body is raised,
if there is a physical body, there is also a spiritual body.”The Greek word translated as spiritual
body is σωμα πνευματικον. They have a spiritual body that
is slightly different from the glorious body of Jesus Christ in the second
heaven. This third heaven is the lost Garden of Eden, and it is the kingdom of
God (τῶν οὐρανῶν) that must be restored on this earth.
The kingdom of God is one, but it is three. The first heaven,
the second heaven, and the third heaven are connected by the Holy Spirit, and
operate according to the word of Jehovah God. The kingdom of God is one, but
because of the angels who sinned in the kingdom of God, the kingdom of God is
visible to human eyes in three forms.
The
prison that sinners go to in the world also exists in that country, so it is a
country where they are confined. When there is no prison, there is no place to be
confined. So, the meaning of the third heaven is explained under the premise
that this world is a prison. After this land becomes a prison, this land will
return to God's kingdom someday. In relation to this prison, this earth becomes
the third heaven. The reason why it is explained by dividing it into three
heavens is because it is related to the triune God.
(People: Angels)
In
Luke 20:35-36, “Those
who are counted worthy of the other world and of the resurrection from the dead
do not marry nor are they given in marriage; they cannot die again; As
children, we are children of God.”
The bible says that those who take off the body return to being angels. The
people of God's kingdom are all made up of angels. The angel's clothes are the
bodies that live forever, and are the clothes that are endowed with the power
of God.
Sons of God
When saints become
sons of God, they will receive the inheritance of the kingdom of God, but not
just anyone. The one who obtains the inheritance goes directly to the second heaven,
the kingdom of his son. Those who realize that they must establish the kingdom
of God on this earth and carry out the apostolic ministry as a calling become
the sons of God. So they receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and receive
power from God. Those who build the kingdom of God on earth become the heirs of
the kingdom of God. They enter Canaan spiritually, defeat the enemy with God's
power, and establish God's kingdom. Likewise, they must receive power from
Christ in order to break down the power of Satan and establish the kingdom of
God on earth.
ο λογος is
God present in the saint's heart. If the saints do not realize him, he cannot
be said to be a son. Just as God the Father gave power to His Son Jesus Christ
( ο λογος ), ο λογος
empowers those within him to establish the kingdom of God on earth.ο λογος
talks directly with his son about the kingdom of God, and bestows amazing
grace. Through the saints, he makes miracles appear, prophesies, and bestows
various gifts. The reason is because it is necessary for the construction of
God's kingdom. In 1 Corinthians 12:10, “To some it is given to work miracles, to others to
prophesy, to others to discern spirits, to others to speak in various tongues,
to others to interpret tongues.” Therefore, unless he is the Son of God, he cannot hear the
voice of ο λογος and follow his words.
God's
children
The children of God do not
inherit the inheritance of the kingdom of God, but they enter the third heaven
because they are born again of water and the Spirit. Those who have not
received the baptism of the Holy Spirit become those who lead a life of faith
like children. They repented and were born again of water and the Spirit, but
they are not interested in establishing and expanding the kingdom of God.
Even
though believers are born again and born into a new life, it is not easy to
discern God's will if their faith does not grow. So, they usually read the
words of the Bible, discern God's will in the words, and lead a life of faith.
However,
the impression they get from the words of the Bible easily disappears in the
midst of various temptations and difficulties while living in the world. So we
can see them repent and try to keep the Word. In this situation, it is a case
where it is difficult to distinguish whether it is the appearance of a person
born again or a person who has entered the law again. Because they don't
understand God's will exactly. God's will is to reveal His glory.
Although
the saints have become children of God, they sometimes fall and suffer from
many delusions while living in the world. However, with the guidance of the
Holy Spirit, they overcome delusion and realize the will of the kingdom of God.
In Romans 8:26, “In the same way the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do
not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with
groanings too deep for words.” Realization comes to them through the words of the Bible,
through conversations with people, and through prayer, they are moved and
inspired. This is a spiritual communion with God. However, being a child of God
is different from becoming a son of God. Only when they become sons of God in
the process of growing in faith can they inherit the inheritance of the kingdom
of God. Even in the world, the chairman of a company has several children, and
as you can see, passing on the company to the eldest son and distributing the
property to the rest, the chairmanship is not given to just anyone, even if it
is a child. The inheritance of the kingdom of God is not passed on to children
who have childlike faith, but to those who become sons of God.
2. Third Heaven
1) The concept of the third heaven
In 2 Corinthians 12:2-4, “I know a man who is in Christ, who fourteen years ago
was caught up to the third heaven (τριτου ουρανου) (Whether he was in the body or out of the body, I do not know;
God knows. ) I
know such a man (whether he was in the body or out of the body, I do not know,
but God knows) he was caught up into paradise (παραδεισον) and heard inexpressible words,
words that no man can say.』
The Bible describes
the third heaven as τριτου ουρανου. Ton Uranon (τῶν οὐρανῶν) is the
kingdom of God coming into the hearts of the saints in the plural, and ουρανου, the singular number, is the kingdom of God coming into the hearts of
individuals. That is why Tritu Uranu is the third heaven, the kingdom of God
descending into the hearts of believers. The third heaven was expressed as
paradise (Paradison παραδεισον).
In Luke 23:43, “Jesus said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you
will be with me in Paradise (Paradiso παραδεισω).”Jesus said to one of the two men who were crucified with him: He
said in Luke 23:41, "We receive a fair recompense for what we have done,
so it is natural for this man to do nothing wrong." This is the look of a
repentant person. And in 23:42, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom (τη βασιλεια).” In τη βασιλεια, the expression kingdom is used. Ultimately, it means the
kingdom of God. At this time, the kingdom of God spoken of by the evildoer who
died with Jesus on the cross was thought to be the kingdom to which the flesh
dies, and the kingdom of God Jesus spoke of is paradise.
The
third heaven, called paradise, is "the Garden of Eden before male Adam and
female Eve were expelled. There is a saying that God will restore the Garden of
Eden. In Isaiah 51:3, “I,
the Lord, comfort all the desolate places of Zion, and make the desert like
Eden, and the wilderness like the garden of the Lord; there will be joy,
gladness, thanksgiving, and shouts among them.”
In Revelation 21:1-2,
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, and the first
heaven and the first earth were gone, and the sea was no more. And I saw the
holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared for it.
It was as if a bride had adorned herself for her husband.” Isaiah describes the scene in the restored Garden of Eden as follows: In
Isaiah 65:25, “The wolf and the lamb will eat
together, the lion will eat straw like the ox, and the serpent will eat dust;
on my holy mountain there will be no harm or harm, says the Lord.” In the end, we can say that the third heaven is a
paradise, a restored Garden of Eden, a new heaven and a new earth.
2) God's plan due to
the fall of angels who sinned in God's kingdom
The story of the angels who sinned
in the kingdom of God is told in Jude 1 and 2 Peter 2:4. In Jude 1:6, “He also shut up with eternal bonds
in darkness until the judgment of the great day the angels who did not keep
their position but left their dwelling place.”In 2 Peter 2:4, “God did not forgive the angels who sinned, but cast them
into hell and kept them in the pit of darkness to be kept until the judgment.”
However, the fall of
male Adam and female Eve in the Garden of Eden symbolizes this. The content of
Genesis 1-3 symbolically expresses the story before the foundation of the
world. The main sin of male Adam and female Eve in the Garden of Eden was to
become like God. Breaking the commandments is not the point, but the root of
sin is the desire to become like God. So by that they broke the commandment.
God built prisons to imprison
angels who sinned, and prisons are a part of God's kingdom. Every country has
prisons. But where they can't come out. In other words, God withdrew the light
shining from the kingdom of God into the third heaven and turned it into
darkness. Furthermore, He created the material world and created human beings
made of clay to imprison the sinful angels. That is the world humans live in
today. This world was originally the Garden of Eden, but because the angels
sinned and God blocked the light, the Garden of Eden disappeared and the
material world appeared.
Why did
God do this? God stripped the angels of their clothes and put their fallen
spirits in their bodies made of dust, so that they could not gradually realize
God. And God made them human so that he could really live like God. It is
impossible. And God promises the woman's offspring, tells her the way to
salvation, and asks her to repent and return to the kingdom of God. As time
goes on, people die while working hard with the desire to become like God
rather than God's promise.
God has
revealed the way of salvation to the people of the world in one way or another.
Through the prophets and the law, God made it known that through the sacrifice,
God will save those who look to the Christ (the woman's offspring) to come in
the future. But people forget God more and more as time goes by. And God
informed them through shock therapy through the flood, and through the event of
exodus by choosing the Israelites. However, those who followed God's will were
extremely few in number. God sent Christ into the world according to the
predestined promise and allowed him to die on the cross. He will save all who
die in union with him. And when all the evil spirits pass through the body, God
will dismantle the prison and restore the Garden of Eden. At the end of the
day, just as the sheep and goats are separated, the righteous and the wicked
will be divided through judgment, and the corresponding results will be given.
3) God's specific
execution according to the angels' sins (Christ's predestination)
Jehovah God is one. However, in the kingdom of God,
the Sabbath was broken due to the angel who sinned, and God Himself became the
Christ and created the world and human beings. He died on the cross, saved
people, and restored the kingdom of God to its original state. That is why God
works as the triune God. He is trinity with God the Father, His Son Jesus
Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We call the God of the Father as the God of the
throne, and Jesus Christ as the Creator God and the God who operates the Holy
Spirit.
Today's theology includes two predestination in the doctrine of
predestination.
First, God created the world,
created the Garden of Eden, and placed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It
is said that they committed a sin (original sin) against God by eating the fruit
of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which is God's prohibition. However,
God already knew that this would happen before the foundation of the world, It
is the logic that he predestinated Christ and decided to save sinners.
Second, God pre-selected to
save the saints before the foundation of the world. Salvation is not by human
action, but by God's choosing of human beings who are incapable of saving
themselves. Theology emphasizes God's mercy and sovereignty over salvation. Predestination
by grace has chosen some to eternal salvation, On the other hand, some say that
God has left them to face eternal judgment for their sins.
If we look at the contents of Christ's predestination, we
will see how to make the material world by blocking God's light in order to
imprison the angels who sinned, how to save people who were thrown into the
world through repentance, and how to restore the third heaven.
(Creation of the material world to imprison the angels who sinned)
The archangel named Lucifer
(Hebrew Hellel, Greek Lucifer) is Satan in the New Testament. The angels did
not obey God's command and followed Satan to resist God. The sin is wanting to
be like God. God blocked the light of God about the third heaven and made it a
spiritually dark place. Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning, he created the heavens and the earth.” This means that the material
world was created by blocking the light of the kingdom of God. It is true that
the material world we live in is the kingdom of God. Of course, it became a
place of darkness because God's light was blocked for a certain period of time,
but after that period, God will shine the light again and restore it. This
third heaven is called the Garden of Eden, and after it is restored, it is said
to be a new heaven and a new earth.
The words in Genesis 1:1 are
important. It is necessary to note “Heaven (Shamaim) Earth (Eretz)
Create (Bara).” Regarding Heaven and sky
(Shamaim), in the Old Testament, all the heavens we know were called Shamaim.
The blue sky is called Shamaim, the outer space is called Shamaim, and the
kingdom of God where God dwells is also called Shamaim. In the Old Testament,
all heaven is Shamaim. When speaking of shamaim in the Old Testament, we must
first think of whether it is heaven or sky. It means that you have to think
about which one by looking at the context before and after.
In Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”In other words, in 『He wished for Shamaim and Eretz』, In Deuteronomy 26:15, “Look down from heaven, your holy dwelling place, and
bless your people Israel, and bless the land flowing with milk and honey, which
you swore to our ancestors and gave us.” Here, in “Look down from heaven, your
holy dwelling place”, the holy dwelling place
means the kingdom of God. In the Bible, the kingdom of God is written as
shamaim. This shamaim is the shamaim used in Genesis 1:1. In 1 Kings 8:30, “Hear the supplication of your servant and your people
Israel when they prayed toward this place, and hear from your dwelling place in
heaven; hear and forgive.” Shamaim mentioned in 1 Kings
is the kingdom of God.
Then, where is Shamayim in
Genesis 1:1? In Genesis 1:8, “God called the expanse
(Shamaim) Heaven.”It can be said that this firmament
was created in Genesis 7. If we look at the sky in Genesis 1:1 as the sky in
Genesis 1:8, it would not fit the logic because the sky (firmament) was created
in the beginning and the sky (firmament) created in Genesis 1:7 overlaps. Therefore,
it is clear that Shamaim in Genesis 1:1 is not the sky we are looking at. It
can be said that the heaven mentioned in Genesis 1:1 refers to the kingdom of
God.
Then there is the earth (erets),
In Genesis 1:9, God said, "God gathered all the waters under the earth to
one place, and said, 'Let the waters appear,' and the dry land was called
land." That land is Eretz. Then, it overlaps with the Eretz mentioned in
Genesis 1:1. After saying the land in Genesis 1:1, there may be some who say
that the land in Genesis 1:9 is the same land. The land mentioned in Genesis
1:1 can be understood as the material world we are talking about because the
earth is said to be “made” in Genesis 1:1. Also, in Genesis 1:9, it is said to be
the land. In other words, since it results in duplicate names, it can be seen
that the land in Genesis 1:1 refers to the material world, not the land of the
earth. We can see that the material world created by God is covered with water.
The Hebrew word
for the word translated “create” is “bara.” However, in order to accurately understand the meaning of the word “bara,”Looking at Isaiah 45:7, “I form light and create darkness;
I make peace and create calamity; I am the Lord, who does all these things.”Here, the word 『create』 is the word 『bara』.Here,
“darkness” is the same word as the darkness spoken of in Genesis 1:2.“The
earth was formless and empty, and darkness was over the deep, and the Spirit of
God hovered over the waters.”
Darkness appears
spontaneously when the light disappears. When peace disappears, it automatically
becomes tribulation. In 1 John 1:5, “This is the news that we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that
God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.” That God has no darkness. That's
why God blocks the light, so it becomes darkness. The word bara means “separate, cut”. Therefore, this material world
has become a world of darkness because it blocks (hopefully) the light of the
kingdom of God.
“In
the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” This word means that the material world (world)
was separated from the kingdom of God. It is the same concept as setting up and
separating a place called a prison in a country. Being separated from the
kingdom of God, there is darkness and emptiness. 1:2, “The earth was formless and empty, and darkness
was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the
waters.” The section of
Chapter 1, Verse 2 is divided into two parts.
וְהָאָ֗רֶץ הָיְתָ֥ה תֹ֨הוּ֙ וָבֹ֔הוּ וְחֹ֖שֶׁךְ עַל־פְּנֵ֣י תְהֹ֑ום
The earth
(the material world) existed as darkness, emptiness, and chaos on the face of
the abyss.
וְר֣וּחַ אֱלֹהִ֔ים מְרַחֶ֖פֶת עַל־פְּנֵ֥י הַמָּֽיִם׃
The Spirit of
God is hovering over the face of the water.
פְּנֵ֣י 『Peneh (face)』This is missing from the translation at the beginning of 1:2.
『Face of the abyss פְּנֵ֣י תְהֹ֑ום 』(Fene Taehom) means 『Face of the deep water』,Face is a word that represents a person's identity, meaning spirit.
Therefore, the face of the abyss is the face of the deep water, meaning the
spirit trapped in the material world.
『The Face of the Water ְּנֵ֥י הַמָּֽיִם』 (Fene Hammaim) is 『The Face of Flowing Water』. It means a
spirit with life. So it shows that the Holy Spirit is working on the living
spirit.
God stripped off the clothes of
authority from everyone in the third heaven. When he enters prison, he takes
off his worldly clothes and puts on a shroud. The prison uniform is the very
clothes of the body. Genesis 3:10 shows the state after the sin. “I heard the voice of God in the
garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, so I hid myself.” Those who sinned are the man Adam
and the woman Hawaii. (These represent the angels who sinned.) It was not Adam,
the first man, who sinned; Eve, the woman, sinned first, and Adam, the man, ate
it.
The first man, Adam
(Christ), represents the master in the Garden of Eden. It also expresses that
he was created in the world to give the body of sin to the angels who sinned. The
fact that Adam, the first man created in the world, moved to the Garden of Eden
indicates that he is the owner of the Garden of Eden. And in Genesis 2:21-22, “The Lord
God caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep, and when he fell asleep, he took one
of his ribs and closed it up with flesh.
To say that the first
man, Adam, fell asleep means that he died physically. And again he returned to
the place of Christ. Then, a male Adam and a female Eve appeared. This foreshadows
a new creation in Christ. Adam's rib is used as a means. The creation of a
sinful human being appears. Therefore, to say that Adam lived 930 years is to
be counted from this point. Since the first man, Adam, was not a male Adam,
humans could not calculate God's time in the Garden of Eden. God's time is kairos,
but human time is chronos. People make the mistake of calculating the history
of the creation of the world as approximately 6,000 years, because they do not
know the meaning of the Garden of Eden and the relationship between the first
man Adam and the man Adam.
As the light of God was blocked
and the angelic clothes were taken away, the spirits who sinned remained as
dark spirits. In 1 Peter 3:18-20, “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just
for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh,
but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the
spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering
of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few,
that is, eight souls were saved by water.』
Criminal spirits confined to this
earth are disobedient spirits who wanted to become like God and followed Satan. After Jesus was resurrected, he put on a
spiritual body and told the spirits of darkness to repent and turn back. Those
who were judged in Noah's day were those who did not wait for God's promised
descendant (Jesus Christ, the promise of the seed). In this world, the spirits
of darkness and the disobedient in the flesh are all the same beings. The
beings of darkness in the world still disobey and refuse to enter the body,
harassing those who enter the body. Ultimately, we want to become like God. Finally,
those who do not repent at the judgment, you will be put to death the second
death.
God creates and sends light, which is the basis of matter, to
the third heaven where there is darkness. God divided the water above the firmament
from the water under the firmament, and made the earth with the water (muddy
water) under the firmament and made the sea. And God created all the animals
and plants, and finally created humans made of clay to imprison the dark
spirits.
Jehovah God Himself breathed into the dust and became the first
man, Adam. In Colossians 1:15, “He is the image
of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.”This was to create the body of sin and imprison the spirit of
the evil angel. The fact that God put Adam, the first man in the material
world, in the Garden of Eden means that the first man, Adam, was Christ.
Adam, the first man, was separated
in the Garden of Eden and was divided into Adam, the male, and Eve, the female.
These two represent the fallen angels.
The man God sent from the Garden of Eden into the world was not the first man,
Adam (man), but a male Adam and a female Eve. The first man Adam is translated
as adama (man), but the male Adam is male (ish female). In English, both are
expressed as man, which confuses people.
In Genesis 3, God, the old serpent (Satan), Adam, and Eve appear
in the Garden of Eden.
The fact that God sent the male
Adam and the female Eve into the world again means that the angels enter into
the flesh separated from the first man, Adam. God created six days On the
seventh day, in Genesis 2:1, "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished,
and all the host of them." This means that the heavenly army and the
earthly army have been reorganized”. It means that the army of the earth made the evil
angels of the third heaven wear flesh.
After the Garden of Eden was
transformed into the material world, the male Adam and the female Eve began to
produce bodies, and the population increased generation after generation. In
other words, God imprisoned the dark spirit that had turned into darkness in
the flesh, and asked him to repent and return. In order to put all the evil
spirits in, that much flesh is needed and time is needed. So the spirits that
entered the body live in the world and die, and the spirits wait in Hades. The
dark spirits waiting to enter the body try to enter the human body. Because
even the dark spirits have their own times appointed by God. In Matthew
8:28-29, “Then
Jesus went to the other side, into the region of Gadara, and two
demon-possessed men came out of the tombs to meet him, so fierce that no one
could pass by that way.” Then they shouted, “Son of God! O my, what have we to do with you? Have you
come here to torment us before the time (pro cairo προ καιρου)?” Cairo is God's appointed time. The time of the material world
is Chronos. You can think of the time God has appointed and the time of
judgment, but the dark spirits must be confined in the flesh. When all dark
spirits enter the body, become human beings, die, and enter Hades, this material
world comes to an end. Either God will judge them and restore them to the third
heaven, or they will be put to death.
The
Garden of Eden turned into a place like darkness because God blocked his light.
This is like a prison in the world. Angels are imprisoned in bodies, so they
cannot see or feel. Prison is a place in the world and separated from the world.
The means of separation is prison, but man is the body. However, it is still
Satan who controls the dark spirits in this prison-like land. God is using
Satan. Until the Garden of Eden was restored, He allowed Satan to be its ruler.
These are the words of the devil when he tried Jesus in Luke 4:6-7. “And he said, I will give you all
this authority and all its glory. It has been handed over to me, and I give it
to whomever I will. Therefore, if you bow down to me, it will all be yours.” Satan is the one who tempted the
angels because he wanted to be like God, and his intention is revealed.
Again,
in order for humans to return to the third heaven (Garden of Eden), the body
must die and the spirit must return wearing a spiritual body. Man in the flesh
forgets God and resists God. But those who are in Christ are now tasting the
third heaven. God made the kingdom of God shine by shining light on those who
are in Christ. And the Logos (Christ, the Word) is present in the hearts of the
saints, and the Kingdom of God is established. In other words, the kingdom of
God comes into the heart. One day, when you take off your body, you will be able
to see the third heaven. This is the gospel The saints must publicize this
widely.
(God's plan of salvation)
In Genesis 3:21, “The LORD God made coats of skin for Adam and his wife and
clothed them.”Leather
clothes have two meanings. It means the body created by God directly becoming
Christ and entering the soil. That's why the body is passed down from
generation to generation. The flesh bears the marks of Satan.
The meaning of the second skin garment means animal
sacrifice. When sinners kill animals and offer sacrifices (repent and die to
sin), they escape from Satan's control. In Genesis 3:15, God promised the
woman's offspring. If sinners look at the woman's offspring (Christ) through
the sacrifice, God has promised the way back to the kingdom of God. It is to
return as a dead person like a sacrifice.
What meant death is the cherubim (angels) and the flaming sword (the Holy
Spirit) in 3:24. It is a story that sinners are to die with a flaming sword and
return to the Garden of Eden (God's kingdom). If a sinner dies like the sacrificed
animal through the sacrifice, the seed of promise will revive the spirit in the
body and lead it to the kingdom of God.
First, through Adam, God orally conveyed the
promise of the woman's offspring and the sacrifice to his descendants. By the
way, an incident occurred where Cain, the first child of Adam and Eve, killed
her second son, Abel. Cain gave thanks to God for what he had produced, and
Abel offered God a sacrifice of death. This event symbolizes the death of Jesus
Christ, but it shows that the human heart goes out in the direction of
self-righteousness, not toward God by offering sacrifices. This continues until
the time of Noah. From Adam to Noah, the promise that had been handed down
through oral tradition about the descendants of the woman had disappeared from
everyone's memory. However, only Noah and his seven family members believed in
the promise and continued to offer sacrifices.
Second, after Noah, the number of descendants of
three (Shem Ham Japheth) increased, but people built the Tower of Babel to
establish their own righteousness, resisted God, and forgot God even more. God
chose Abraham and made a covenant, promising salvation through circumcision and
sacrifice. The sacrifice has the meaning of redemption, and circumcision has
the meaning of looking at the promised seed (Christ). And this covenant
continued from Abraham to Isaac and Jacob, but Jacob's descendants descended to
Egypt and came under the rule of Pharaoh (Satan). And they forget all the
meaning of circumcision. God chose Moses to lead them out of Egypt and enter
Canaan.
Third, God gave the law through Moses, and
through the law, the people discovered Christ. If the people do not completely
keep the law, God will ask for their sins. So, he freed people from sin through
the sacrificial system. Eventually, through the sacrificial offering, Christ
was hidden in the law, but the people did not discover Christ. God mobilized
various methods of discipline to Israel and spoke through the prophets, but
they did not listen to God's words.
Fourth, Christ was reborn in the flesh in the
land of Israel. Christ says that he is the Son of God, but most of the Jews did
not believe in Christ, and the people crucified Jesus Christ for blasphemy and
put him to death. But he died on the cross as a substitute for all human sins. All
who unite with him will be recognized by God as dead and saved. The cross is an
expression of death. If you believe in being united with Jesus who died on the
cross, God will save you. God waits until the Gentiles are full. He says that
those who died with Jesus and those who were born again were the first to be
saved. Today, numerous churches have been established, and the number of saints
has increased. However, not many die in union with Jesus Christ, whom God
wants.
Those who are born again of water and the Spirit become children of God. Those
who receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fulfill the apostolic mission
become the sons of God. God establishes the kingdom of God in the hearts of the
saints through the power of the Holy Spirit, and through him the kingdom of God
is established on earth. In the hearts of the saints, the Logos enters and
builds the temple of the kingdom of God, and in that temple the logos converses
with the saints, and through the gospel, the kingdom of God is established on
earth. This is the fourth age of the gospel of grace.
Fifth, in the last days, the Son of Perdition
(Antichrist) will appear and persecute Christians tremendously. The born-again
saints will be taken away by God before the Son of Perdition appears, and the
remaining church members will be left with only two choices: either to be
martyred to keep the faith of Jesus or to betray Jesus. This is Jacob's
tribulation. This salvation does not mean the first, but the last.
Israel, as opposed to the Gentiles, means those
who have not been born again in the church.
(Restoration of the Kingdom of God)
The
Garden of Eden is not somewhere else, it is this land where humans live. Since
God blocked God's light, it became the world of the material world, but when
God sends righteous light again, the material world disappears and the Garden
of Eden appears right away. Just as God resurrected Jesus Christ who died on
the cross, He will resurrect this spiritually dead earth as the Garden of Eden.
In Isaiah 51:3, “For
the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will
make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy
and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.』
Resurrection
means that, just as the previous body dies and is reborn as a spiritual body,
this earth suddenly disappears and a new heaven and a new earth descend. The
desert does not gradually change like Eden, and the wilderness does not
gradually change like a garden, but it changes in an instant by the power of
God. Not only the land, but also people, and even animals and plants change
into something new. In 1 Corinthians 15:40-42, 『There are
also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial
is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the
sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one
star differeth from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the
dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:』 In order for this to happen, the former must die.
To die is to be
consumed by the fire of the Spirit of God, to disappear. In 2 Peter 3:7-8, 『But the heavens and the earth,
which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the
day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of
this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a
thousand years as one day.』
In Revelation 21:1-2, And I saw a new heaven and
a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and
there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down
from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
God
made the Garden of Eden into the material world because of the angel who
sinned, but when Christ's predestination is fully fulfilled, this world will be
restored to its original state as God's kingdom. It could be said that the
material world is a brief period in the hidden Garden of Eden. In the eyes of
man, it may seem thousands of years, but in the eyes of God, it is the same as
a few days.
God
wants to reward those who repent of their sins against God and labor for the
restoration of the Garden of Eden. Repentance means death to the greed of
wanting to be like God. He can repent only when he realizes that he must die to
God. Those who are children of God will be sent to the third heaven, and those
who are sons of God will gain authority as leaders over the children of the
third heaven or be sent to the second heaven. They will receive the laurel
crown of glory as an army of 144,000.
The
children sent to the third heaven will wear angelic clothes again. In Luke
20:35-36 it is said that those who take off the body return to become angels. 『But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and
the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the
children of God, being the children of the resurrection.』 The end time will be the seam of the end of Christ's predestination.
In God's judgment, the righteous and the wicked will be divided. Those who are
in Christ become meaningless, and those who are outside of Christ become
wicked. Therefore, those who are in Christ will return to the third heaven, and
those who are outside of Christ will be subject to the second death.
