Two beings and phenomena that appear in the heart of a saint
Two beings and phenomena that
appear in the heart of a saint
A
saint is someone who died on the cross with Jesus Christ and was resurrected
with him, and a temple is built in his heart. So ultimately, salvation is the
establishment of the kingdom of God in the heart. To express this, the Bible is
expressed graphically, poetically, and in fantastical stories from Genesis to
Revelation.
When
a believer is saved in Jesus Christ, the new temple and the old temple, the
kingdom of God, coexist in the believer's heart. This continues until the body
dies. This is a spiritual battle.
The
creation of the world begins with the first man, Adam, and the end of the world
begins with the last man, Adam. In this, the people of God continue to fight
spiritually.
The
two beings in the saints' hearts can be expressed as follows.
Old
and New Testament, the first man Adam and the last man Adam, the old man and
the new man, the law of Moses and the law of the Holy Spirit, the fruit of the
tree of good and evil and the fruit of life, the daughters of men and the sons
of God, Cain and Abel, Isaac and Ishmael, Sarah and Hagar, Esau and Jacob,
water under the firmament, water above the firmament, cross and resurrection,
goats and sheep, old temple and new temple, Egypt and Canaan, world and God's
kingdom, earth and sky, becoming like God, becoming one with God, body and
soul, old heaven and new heaven, old earth and new earth, hell and heaven, sin
and grace, water baptism and Holy Spirit baptism, cherubim and flaming swords,
clean and unclean animals, water and wine, wine and bread, angels descending
and angels ascending. , the Ten Commandments of the Old Testament and the two
commandments of the New Testament, the Old Covenant and the New Covenant,
Pharaoh and Moses, Moses and Joshua, Jacob and Israel, the first death and the
second death, the temple courtyard and the sanctuary, and many other things can
be contrasted. Some of these appear historically, but others are expressed
figuratively. However, they exist and influence spiritually in the hearts of
believers.
So
salvation is a fight over where the identity of existence lies. The Bible tells
us to be alert, to focus our minds, and not to get mixed up.
