By grace you are saved

『Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)』(Ephesians 2: 3-5) 『were by nature the children of wrath』The reason for this is as follows: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind. The greed of the flesh is covetousness. Colossians (3:5-6) says:『Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: 』 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us Even when we w...

You are saved only when you are one with Christ

『He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 』(Romans 8:32) What do you say when you think about what God will say after these words? "I have given you my son, what will you give me?" This is a legal expression. If people say this, they are those who have no knowledge of God's will. God's intention means that "You are slaves to Satan, and I have paid Satan the blood of my son, so I buy you from Satan." When people sin, they become servants of the devil. But if you repent and are with the Son of God, God sees you as the Son of God. There is an invisible Devil, as there is sin in this world. Thus, the devil demanded the blood of the Son of God for those who repented. God paid Satan all the blood for Satan about 2000 years ago for those who repented. It is a supernatural belief that the blood of Jesus, shed on the cross some 2,000 years ago, applies to people today. For the bloo...

On the Law and the Holy Spirit

『And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 』(John 3: 14-16) This is the end of the conversation between Jesus and a man named Nicodemus. Nicodemus did not understand Jesus' words, but did you understand it easily? Nicodemus said that he knew that Jesus was from God. But through John's conversation with Nicodemus in John 3: 3-4, we can recognize that Nicodemus did not understand Jesus' words. 『Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?』 Nicodemus thought that "the body received from the ...

Fear not, Paul

『For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee. Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me. 』(Acts 27: 23-25) Paul said in a boat when a craze called "Euragula" blew. The storm continued for many days, but Paul said to those who could not eat and had no hope of salvation, "Don't worry, no one hurts but the ship's damage." Paul was bound to chains and was taken to Rome. What Paul could confidently say to people is "I believe God will do it." He met "Jesus in amazing light" at Damascus. He also experienced the kingdom of God. He knew about God. "Knowing God" is hard to understand. "In order to know the Lord, we must meet Him personally. 『And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fir...

the kingdom of God is within you.

『And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.』(Luke 17: 20-21) When Nicodemus came to Jesus, Jesus said to him. "You cannot see the kingdom of God unless you are born again from above." The kingdom of God is a place of righteousness, joy, and peace. But there is sacrifice in the kingdom of God in this world. In the words of Luke 17: 20-21, "with + in" of "the kingdom of God is within you" This is the word above you. The word "on you" means "where the born again gathers." The kingdom of God in the born-again is related to salvation, but the kingdom of God "where the born again gathers" is connected to power. So when believers gather, the kingdom of God comes. 『In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumera...

Holy Spirit of Salvation and Holy Spirit of Power

『In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)』(John 7: 37-39) God commanded the Hebrew people to flee Egypt three times a year to keep "the feast of God." (Exodus 23:14) On the 49th day after his escape from Egypt, Moses heard God's voice and went up to Mount Sinai the next day. Before Moses went up the mountain, he explained to the people what he had heard from God. That is the content of Exodus 23. It is about the feast the Hebrew people must keep. 『Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou cames...

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed

『But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.』(Galatians 3:22) Man is trapped by the law of God. If there is no law in this world, then illegality will prevail. Therefore there is a law. Man is trapped by law. Through law, one should always know that man is a sinful being. Can man escape from God's law? There is a way. Man dies with Jesus by God's law. Jesus' crucifixion was blasphemy. Thus, those who died with Jesus died by the law of God.『Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.』(Romans 7: 4) Jesus without sin died by the law of God. God gave his son to death. And God gave them a way to release those who were trapped in the law. However, when people repent and know they are sinners confined by God's law, God releases them fr...
