Life in Christ

But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: (Philippians 3: 7-9)

We cannot serve God and riches together. No matter how trusting and worshiping Jesus, those who love money are not saved. God will say, "I do not know you," when those who love riches die. Only if God knows us, we are saved. It is not important for me to believe in God that God must know us. The faith that God knows about us is saved faith. What is the difference between the faith we believe and the faith God knows? It depends on repentance. Repentance is to deny ourselves before the Word of God. Today, people are mistaken for repentance. They think of confessing and reflecting on world sin. Repentance is as follows: Through sin we find evil (self, old man) in the heart, and evil dies. This is how to escape from evil. Evil is rooted in our hearts as the idol of greed. That is why we die together on the cross of Jesus. When our greed dies, God washes away the sins of the world. To die is to deny our thoughts before the Word of God.

For he that is dead is freed from sin. (Romans 6: 7)

Many church people say that they do not die to sin but repent of their sins in the world every day. But even if they think they are saved, unless they die, God will say, "I do not know you." This death is not the death of the flesh, but "deny our thoughts before the word of God." Greed in our hearts is a desire to be like God. The source of evil is greed. Because of greed, people love money more than God. The amount of money is not important, but the attitude toward money. When we see the news, we hear people killing for only ten thousand won.

The Bible speaks of the attitude of riches. In 1 John, "If you love money, there is no love of God in it." Matthew says, "Store up your money in heaven." Even though money is necessary for living in the world, why does the Bible tell us not to love money but to keep it in heaven? The Bible says that we cannot serve God and money together. The Bible tells us to serve only God. We must be wary of money. When John the Baptist shouts to repent, all is talking about riches. When John the Baptist cried out to repent, people heard and were pierced and asked, "What should we do?" John the Baptist says, `` If you have two coats of clothing, give it to the unclothed. '' John speaks of the attitude of the heart toward riches. Repentance is to deny ourselves before the Word of God.

The gospel is Repent, not believe in Jesus. Jesus Christ was the King of kings who created the world, but he was born in a stable, lived as a carpenter's son, and performed many miracles for three years, but died three years later in the crucifixion. Those who do not repent seek the miracle Jesus. The disciples witnessed numerous miracles. But the disciples fled before the cross of Jesus. Those who do not repent will likewise run away from the cross. The most important thing is whether I am in Christ who died on the cross.

Paul says in 2 Corinthians (6: 9-10).As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. (2 Corinthians 6: 9-10)

The gospel and blessings are connected to those who repent, but the gospel and blessings are not connected to those who do not repent. Blessings become idols, leading those who do not repent to the path of destruction. Today, many churches are in the wrong faith they believe in for blessing. Some churches argue over money. Money is Marmon, and even in churches with quarrels there is. Adam and Eve were all given in the Garden of Eden, but God said, "Do not eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil." But because of the greed of wanting to be like God, they do not keep the word of God, and lose everything. Adam and Eve were innocent in the garden of Eden, but abandoned God's word. Adam and Eve wore leather robes to get the word of God. We too must wear dead skinned leather. We too are dressed in Christ

This life is said in Philippians (3:8).Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,(Philippians 3: 8)

Obtaining Christ is the most precious life. We do not believe in Jesus, but we must obtain Jesus. The Jesus we get is Jesus who died on the cross. The one who obtains Jesus is one with Jesus who died on the cross. Otherwise it is not salvation. We do not know what Jesus the church people believe. Which Jesus do we believe is the "miracle Jesus, the crucified Jesus, the resurrected Jesus"? If we are not one with Jesus who died on the cross, then we all run away from the cross, and we are not resurrected with the risen Jesus.

In the Old Testament, the Hebrews killed and worshiped the Lamb in the tabernacle, but no one believed the word of God except the two in front of the land of Canaan. Canaan represents Christ. For they heard the word of God's covenant, but they did not believe it. They thought that if they enter, they die. We must enter into Jesus. But we can see that not many will try to enter Jesus who died on the cross. Not many deny themselves before the word of God. For they do not believe in the word of God because they love the things of the world. God is not with those who love the world. The Lord is not in the tabernacle but wants to be with us who do not love the world. For the temple of heaven comes upon the born-again.

The word "Philip" was the name of the Roman emperor. This is where the emperor made a city in his name. Caesarea Philippi, there are still colorful ruins. It was such a city in Hong Kong like Hong Kong. It was where people flocked for success. The Apostle Paul is writing to the church established there. Paul speaks in Philippians (3: 5-6). Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.(Philippians 3: 5-6) Also speaks in Philippians (3: 7).But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

Paul was tortured in a prison in Philippi. But in Philippi prison, he was commissioned to preach from God. So he was beaten, but praised God. At that time, the gate was opened by itself. The Philippian jailer mistaked Paul for his escape and tried to commit suicide, but Paul told him to stop. He says, "Do not cut off your body, believe in the Lord Jesus, and you and your house will be saved." Although the jailer was not afraid of death, he was afraid of God. So I tremble. Repentance is for us to fear God and turn away from evil. Repentance turns away from evil and turns to the word of the Lord. It is not repentance that we will be forgiven of our sins without leaving evil.
