Answer. The communion in glory that the members of the invisible church enjoy with Christ is something that exists in this life and happens immediately after death, and is finally completed on the day of resurrection and judgment.

In question 64, the invisible church is said to be the total number of the elect who are gathered together under Christ, the head, and who will be gathered in the future, so it can be understood as those who make heaven in Christ. And question 82 is connected to question 65. Question 65. What special benefits do the members of the invisible church enjoy through Christ? Answer. The members of the invisible church enjoy union and communion with the Lord in grace and glory through Christ.

The word communion is not a biblical expression. It is understood to mean union with Jesus Christ, or becoming one with God in Christ. However, the doctrine uses an ambiguous expression. The doctrine says that it is communion in glory with Christ, and ultimately, it means that the members of the invisible church enjoy the glory of Christ through Christ. It expresses that this glory “exists in this world and occurs immediately after death, and is finally completed on the day of resurrection and judgment.”

According to the doctrine, being in this world is considered to mean that believers experience the kingdom of God, and what happens immediately after death is that believers enter paradise and wait after the death of the body, and on the day of resurrection and judgment, believers in Jesus will enter the kingdom of God with the resurrection of life in their bodies, and the wicked will enter hell with the resurrection of judgment in their bodies. This statement is presumed to be a doctrine created by mixing the Parable of the Beggar and Lazarus in Luke 16:19-31 and the contents of John 11:22-26.
