Faith to be saved and Faith to be unsaved

And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear? And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee! (Genesis 17: 16-18)

Abraham, when he was 75 years old, heard God's voice and left his father's relatives' home. However, Abraham's 99-year-old situation seems to have no faith. It is "self-faith" that God shows to all people through Abraham. "Self-faith" changes through the situation. "Faith in Belief" and "Faith in God" are different things. The "self-believing faith" is the belief of the physical heart received from parents, but the "God-giving faith" is the faith of the one born again by the Holy Spirit.

Many came to see the miracles of Jesus. But Jesus said, "Those who do not eat my flesh and do not drink my blood are irrelevant to me." Most people left Jesus after they said, "This is really hard." Salvation must be related to Jesus, not to the blood of the flesh. No one will be saved unless he has a blood relationship with Jesus. The one who drinks his blood has a blood relationship. Thus, he who drinks the blood of Jesus becomes with Jesus. Those with Jesus died on the cross with Jesus, were resurrected with Jesus, and ascended with Jesus. This is called the new covenant of blood. But people want resurrection and ascension, not trying to be united with death on the cross.

Although people believe that Jesus is the Son of God, they do not die with Jesus because they do not give up their self. The twelve disciples abandoned Jesus, and all departed from Jesus waiting for death on the cross. Salvation is only a life of repentance and union with the cross, because men are sinners who die to God. We are not to hold onto anything other than the cross until the death of the flesh. God will do the rest. When people put down the physical self, they enter into the new covenant.

We must lay down our physical self and enter into the faith of Jesus Christ. Those who do not enter into the faith of Jesus Christ do not become the family of Jesus. There is clearly a difference between people's "carnal self" and "entering into the faith of Jesus Christ." The physical self is intended to establish its own realm. This is greed, old man, human nature. But God gives "justification" when greed dies. God did not appear until Abraham was 99 years old after the birth of Ishmael. God waited until Abraham could not have children. When the believers do not repent, God will be waiting until the flesh cannot respond. When the believers do not repent, God may make them like Job. Job lost everything in this world by Satan. But it may be the one who received grace.

Even though they say: we believe in God but, if those who respond to the flesh, they are deceived by Satan, because Satan's hidden greed is alive. Saved faith is the faith received from heaven, is laying down the greed in ourselves. So the Bible says in Galatians (3:23) that faith must come from God. If faith does not come from heaven, my faith is not saved from God.

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. However, many church people think that they are saved because they believe in Jesus. The difference between believing or not is the difference of who is the master. It is repentance for the master to change from himself to Jesus.

Hebrews (4:12) says:
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The soul is from the body, and the spirit is from God.
If the soul, spirit, joints, and bone marrow do not split, people do not understand the word of God. You do not understand unless you break through the Word. Man's sinfulness keeps him from holding the faith from heaven. If you do not know this, you do not realize the meaning of the split. The split is to give up my self. It becomes a story about my identity. If your heart is not broken into soul and spirit, you are not a new covenant. It is said that they must die with Jesus, but they still do not die. Although people believe in Jesus, they say that sinfulness can never die. When the spirit and soul are split, the spirit enters the spirit body.
People do not believe this because they rely on their own experiences and ideas.

God tells us to come into the bloody covenant, but people do not enter. We are not in the covenant unless we are crucified with Jesus. All world things are prevented from entering the covenant. God said not to love the world. But those who are not in Jesus are so good in the world. People worry about problems at work and children at home. They choose money to solve the problem. Saying do not love the worldbe sounded unreal. No matter how much we read and study the Bible, the body is better with the wealth and material things of the world. This would be the appearance of all people to whom the flesh responds. And to say that they are born again is a lie. But God tells us to repent it.

Repentance is turning. It is to turn away from the life that the flesh wants. Believers are at a crossroads. Which way should we go? But many church people choose a convenient way. People think that if they confess their sins, they receive forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus. they believe that they have repented. But if they do not turn, they have never repented. Without reversing, they think that they have repented in the church, have become people of God, and have been saved from God. This is a false faith. It is not the faith of the chosen. The faith of the chosen is to turn. It is to become like the dead in the world and turn to the word of God. We must to fight to evil every day.

Perhaps we are struggling between Abram, 75, and Abraham, 100, who has children of promise.

Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear? And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee! (Genesis 17: 17-8)

When Abraham was 75 years old, he might have thought that he was a believer. Likewise, if people do not believe in God's promises, they will not be saved. God's promise is that if people die with Jesus, God will give them a body of spirit. Do you live in the body of the spirit or in the body of the flesh? Those who live with the heart from the body of spirit gain salvation.
