Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

A t the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?   And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,   And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.   But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two ha...

If thy hand or thy foot offend thee, thine eye offend thee

Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.   For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. (Matthew 18: 8-11) Jesus spoke to those under the law. When a person commits a crime with his or her body, whether it is a hand or an eye, it does not mean "repent and ask for forgiveness", but it means to eliminate the cause of the crime. However, they do not eliminate the cause (the old man), but believe that "if they repent and confess, God will forgive them....

The one lost sheep

(Matthew 18: 12-14) How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?   And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.   Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.   The story is that the shepherd puts ninety-nine on the mountain and seeks out one lost sheep. The mountain means Mount Zion with the city of Jerusalem, Israel, and the sheep of nine Ahonites are the Israelites. However, the one lost sheep is the gentile, the ones who do not know God. Jesus, the shepherd, is heading for the Gentiles. After Jesus 'ascension, Jesus' disciples go out to the Gentiles under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said in Mark 4:12. 『 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing...

Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

『 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.   And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 』 (Genesis 3: 8-9) The day of the day is the same day as the first and second days. When the wind blows, it is "Rauach" in Hebrew. In other words, the Hebrew word "Rauach" has the meaning of wind, breath (breath), blow, and spirit. In Genesis 1: 2 『 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 』 Here, Spirit is Rauach. In Genesis 1: 2 it is translated as spirit, and in 3: 8 it is translated as "when the wind blows." Therefore, the phrase “ when the wind blows that day ” should be translated as “ when the Holy Spirit comes ” . It means "the Lord God who walks in the garden",...

For where two or three are gathered together in my name

Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.   But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.   And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.   Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.   Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.   For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18: 15-20) The Bible explains how the sovereignty and authority of the kingdom of God works. ...

About forgiving brothers

『 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?   Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants. And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents. But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.   The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.   But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. And his fellowserv...

I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

『 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 』 (Genesis 3: 10-11) 『 I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. "Adam and Eve took off the body of the spirit and left God, so they feared God." In Genesis 3:7, "And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. In the kingdom of God, the eyes are brightened (because they open their eyes to their righteousness), and they are afraid because they want to leave God in front of the holy God. Why did they open their eyes to their righteousness? Because they wanted to be like God themselves, they took off the clothes of God's righteousness. In this land, since Adam was removed (by taking off the body of the spirit and wearing the ...

Divorce

(Matthew 19: 1-12) And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan; And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.   The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.   And I say unto you, Whosoe...

The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat

『 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.   And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 』 (Genesis 3: 12-13) People say that Adam is making excuses. People say that Adam is an unscrupulous man who blames his wife. Even people say that Adam made all humans sinners. In Genesis 2:24, "So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. In Ephesians 5: 31-32, 『 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 』 The church means the spirit. It is true that before the creation, Christ and the Spirit were one. However, because the spirits were deceived by Satan and wanted t...
