Is salvation once an eternal salvation?
In John 10:28『 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 』
In Matthew 12:31, ``Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 』 Since Jesus died on the cross, resurrected, and brought all the sins of the world to God as high priest, all who are in Christ will be forgiven.
In John 1:29, he said, "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." The Lamb was the Passover Lamb by the Israelites at the time of the Exodus. Just as by the blood of the Lamb and free from Pharaoh's oppression, Jesus frees those who are trapped in darkness from the darkness and takes away all the sins of the world. In the Old Testament era, animal sacrifices were offered in order to be forgiven of sins. But in Hebrews 10:1, "For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect".
In the New Testament era, the cross of Jesus Christ was a sacrifice offered at once. In Hebrews 10:10, "By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 』 In 10:12, "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God", In 10:14 it is said, "For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified." Because of Jesus' sacrifice, the one who is in Christ at one time has become perfect. In Hebrews 10:15-18 it is said that the Holy Spirit testifies of this. It is the sin of blaspheming the Holy Spirit to not believe this. 『 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. 』
There are three things the Holy Spirit testifies. First, God said, "I will put my laws in their hearts and write them in their minds." Secondly, I will not remember their sins and their iniquity again. Thirdly, he said clearly that since I have forgiven these things, there is nothing more to offer for sins, and that the Holy Spirit bears witness. The first is, "I will put my laws in their minds and write them in their minds". Through these words, we must remember that the word of promise is always written in the heart.
The Holy Spirit testifies of the covenant, and it is difficult if the believer does not remember it. By my law, I mean the law. In other words, the Bible reveals that the law was fulfilled through Jesus Christ. Those who are in Christ do not apply all the provisions of the law because of Christ, who is the fulfillment of the law. It means that the Holy Spirit testifies to this. The Holy Spirit testifies, but if you do not believe and try to see if I have sinned again through the law and try not to sin, God will judge by the law because you do not believe the evidence of the Holy Spirit. So, if there is only one fault, you cannot be saved.
Second, I will not remember again their sins and their iniquity. Most people today remember their sins by saying that they have been forgiven of their sins with the blood of Jesus Christ. So, they again try to get their sins forgiven from God. God says he will not remember sin, and people keep thinking of sin every day. The proof of the Holy Spirit is that those who repent and enter Jesus Christ will never remember all the sins of the world again. Those who believe that because they have a weak body, they have no choice but to sin, and that they must daily confess their sins and wash them away with the blood of Jesus, do not believe what the Holy Spirit testifies. Every sin in the world that Jesus took means all sins in the past, present, and future.
The third is "Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. ." There were five kinds of rites in the Old Testament, but fundamentally, sinners could not go to the rites themselves, and the priest went to God with the blood of sacrifice instead. The priest lays his hands on the sheep brought by the sinner, imputs the sin, and kills the sheep and sprinkles blood on the altar. By the way, the sheep died instead, but the death of the sheep was the death of a sinner. The dead sheep and the sinner must be united. Death in the Old Testament era is directly connected to repentance in the New Testament era. So repentance means that the old man dies with Jesus.
Old Testament rites are New Testament worship. Worship is not a concept of offering something, but a self-destruction before God. What is destroyed before God is distinction and holiness. The Holy Spirit testifies that there is no need for sacrifices. That is, there is no need to repent again. In Romans 6:7, "For he that is dead is freed from sin. 』
By the way, most people think that they must repent daily, and they repent daily and try to be forgiven of their sins. Those who want to repent every day is because the old man did not die with Jesus. So, instead of remembering and reflecting on sin every day, remembering and confirming the death of the old man becomes worship. The old man is the body of the flesh on which greed originated from the body is based. How is the body and fresh body different? The body is the body that can be confirmed with the eyes. However, the physical body is the opposite of the spiritual body and cannot be identified with the eyes.
Explaining the resurrection, the Apostle Paul explained in 1 Corinthians 15:44, “It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 』
Those who think that they should repent daily are those who are wearing the body of the flesh, and those who believe that repentance has been completed with a single sacrifice are those who have the body of the spirit. The spirit body is born from heaven as water and spirit. In 1 John 3:9, “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. I say. The same thing is said in 5:18. 『We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. 』
Those who are born again are born again by the power of the Holy Spirit. So, the Holy Spirit testifies to three things, and if you don't believe it, you will not be born again and will interfere with the testimony of the Holy Spirit. A person who is regenerated means a person whose physical body dies in water and is reborn as the body of the spirit of the Holy Spirit. So, those who are born again will lead to eternal salvation.
Nevertheless, the churches of the world recognize that salvation is only possible through daily repentance because they recognize that the blood of Jesus on the cross applies only to the present day. So they apply the present of today: "There is no more sacrifice for sins." This means that the saints should not be troubled again for sin. That is why, while you are in the flesh, do your best to preach the Word to achieve the kingdom of God. However, it is to remember that they are dead every day due to the weakness of the body. Not believing what the Holy Spirit testifies is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.
Eventually, those who are born again go to eternal life, but those who are not converted are repenting of their sins every day according to the law. In Romans 6:4, 『Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 』
