Those who are called, and those who are chosen
The meaning of the『person who is called』is the expression that the person who comes to the church with the grace of God and believes in Jesus. If the faith did not come from God, but he believed in himself.『But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.』(Galatians 3:23) They are people who think that their sin have been forgiven for the blood of Jesus who was died on the cross. But it isn't unless one is born again. If you aren't born again, hadn't chosen, you can't enter the kingdom of God.
Those who are chosen are persons who are born again by water and Holy Spirit. The person to born again believes that the flesh from the parents was died with Jesus. The expression of『being dead』is baptism.『Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.』(Romans 6:4) God makes to resurrect the persons(Those who believe in his mind) to be dead with Jesus by the light of Holy Spirit. The resurrected body becomes a spiritual body that does not die forever.
The Bible says『that many people are called, but few are chosen. For many are called, but few are chosen.』(Matthew 22:14) The person who is called from Jesus, but they Put in priority their thoughts rather than God’s words. But those who are chosen obey God's word entirely.
