He is risen and is no longer here.
He is risen and is no longer here.
Mark 16:1-6 『And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother
of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint
him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came to the
sepulchre at the rising of the sun. And they said among themselves, Who shall
roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? And when they looked,
they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. And entering
into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in
a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he saith unto them, Be not
affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is
not here: behold the place where they laid him.』
Looking at “He is
risen” (Egerde ἠγέρθη), the explanation of Egerde
is in 1 Peter 3:18. 『For Christ also hath once suffered
for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to
death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:』
Where was Jesus for
three days between his death on the cross and his resurrection, and what did he
do? In 1 Peter 3:19, “By which also he went
and preached unto the spirits in prison;” pyrache
means prison. In Acts 5:19, “But the angel of the
Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,” Therefore,
this prison represents the human body. The spirit should be in the kingdom of
God, but it is trapped because it is in the dirt. So, because the spirit is
trapped, it is hell. It is not a burning hell, but a concept of being trapped.
The meaning of
three (3) in three days is in Genesis 1:9-13, “And God said, Let the waters
under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land
appear: and it was so.” And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the
waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the
earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding
fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself. , upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and the herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God
saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.』
Three (3)
means covenant. On the third day of creation, three things appear. Grass,
seed-bearing plants, and trees bearing fruit with seeds of each kind. Although
it is translated as grass, in the original Hebrew it is written as Esev. Esev
is a vegetable. Therefore, animals also eat esev, which is a vegetable as well
as grass. There is no mention of zerah (זԶԔרԷע seed) in Eseb, which animals can
eat. Vegetables (Esse עԵשԶׂב) are related to people. The
difference between Eseb and grass is that Eseb has seeds. So people can eat it.
The seed symbolizes the word of God, which means Christ with the promise.
Vegetables have seeds but do not bear fruit.
Seeds are expressed as
grains and bread. The fruit eaten in Canaan is expressed as wine. When
Melchizedek comes to Abraham, he brings bread and wine. Ultimately, bread and
wine appear at Jesus' Last Supper. The bread symbolizes the resurrected body of
Jesus, and the wine symbolizes the blood that atones for sin (death on the
cross). The bread and wine are also expressed as the new covenant. The
substance of the seed and fruit is Jesus Christ.
Therefore,
the fulfillment of the covenant of Jesus Christ is the death and resurrection
of the cross. Jesus came to this earth and fulfilled the covenant. He died on the
cross in the flesh, and in the spirit he entered the hearts of people all over
the world and preached the death and resurrection of the cross. In John
5:25-26, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when
the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that shall hear
live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to
have life in himself;』
The dead are spiritually
dead. This means that Jesus Christ entered the hearts of the dead and preached
the gospel, and those who hear the voice of Christ will rise. Those who repent
of leaving God and believe in the words of the covenant of Jesus Christ hear
the voice of the Son of God.
The three-day path is the
fulfillment of the covenant. Dying on the cross and moving on to resurrection
is the fulfillment of the covenant. “The Israelites crossing the Jordan River during the
Exodus”
is expressed in the Bible as baptism. In 1 Corinthians 10:1-2, “Moreover, brethren, I would not
that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and
all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and
in the sea; Baptism represents death. The baptized person is dead to the world
(Egypt).
So, after traveling three days, they arrived at Kadeshbarnea, the
entrance to Canaan. Canaan means resurrection and symbolizes the kingdom of
God. However, in front of the land of Canaan, the people asked Moses for spies.
They were anxious about entering Canaan. So, what the twelve spies from each tribe
returned after spying for forty days was as follows: Excluding Joshua and
Caleb, the remaining ten spies said to Moses and Bekseong, “If we
enter Canaan, we will die.” The Bible says that
the entire Israelites wailed and wept all night long. Through this incident,
God caused them to wander in the wilderness for forty years. At the time of the
Exodus, Joshua (Jesus) and Caleb (a symbol of the Gentiles) led the children
under the age of 19 and the new people born in the wilderness into Canaan, and
the rest of the people were in the wilderness. Everyone died. This means that
after three days, they could have received the glory of resurrection, but
because their faith did not match, they all died.
The fulfillment of the covenant of
three (3) symbolizes the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Another example is Noah's flood. In 1 Peter 3:20, “Which sometime were disobedient,
when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark
was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.”
They are the ones Jesus
preached to in spirit when he went to prison. means all humans. It means that
they (all humans in the world) are beings who should die by drowning. At the
time of Noah, God gave the people an opportunity to repent through Noah. Noah
cried out for repentance for 120 years. Of course, the Bible does not say how
long he spent building the ark, but Yashal's book says he built the ark for 5
years.
Anyway, Noah shouted to the people that if they did not repent, God
would judge them with water, but no one repented. The ark symbolizes
resurrection. In fact, before Noah and his seven family members entered the
ark, it rained from the sky. What does it mean to receive rain from the sky?
Genesis 7:7 『And Noah went in, and his sons his, and his wife, and his sons
'wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.』 in the Hebrew Bible.
Wayaber (went) Noah Ubanao (his
sons) Wayshato (his wife) Wenshe (wives) Banao (sons) Ito (with him) El (in)
Hateva (ark) Mifneh (relative) : Because) Me (of waters) Hammabul (of floods)
To translate it again, “Noah entered the ark with his sons,
his wife, and his daughters-in-law, because of the waters of the flood.” As rain (water) fell from the sky,
Noah and his family entered the ark to avoid the pouring rain. will be. This
does not mean that they entered the ark before the rain, but that they were
caught in the rain.
Rain is spiritually a word
that comes from heaven. If they are hit by the rain of the law, they will be
swept away by the flood. However, when they receive the rain of the gospel,
they discover the resurrected Christ. Getting rained on symbolizes dying on the
cross with Jesus, and entering the ark symbolizes participating in Christ’s resurrection. The resurrected
Christ is the ark. Although they entered the ark according to God's word of
promise, they must have been very afraid. From a physical perspective, they
must have wondered whether they would be able to survive if they entered the
dark ark. However, they firmly believed in God's promise and entered the ark.
Everyone who did not enter the ark died. Those who died were those who did not
obey God's covenant.
God said he would judge people because “the sons
of God marry the daughters of men.” The sons of God are
the spirits of angels who sinned. The daughters of men are a body called dust.
When the spirit and body meet, they become a living organism (soul). So humans
are beings imprisoned, and God promised the woman's descendant (Messiah) who
would have the key to release them from prison. Nevertheless, the people of the
world did not even want to hear the promises of this covenant because the world
was good.
Now the covenant has been fulfilled. In Mark 14:48-49, “And Jesus
answered and said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a thief, with swords
and with staves to take me? I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye
took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled.』
What makes up the Bible is ultimately the death and resurrection of the
cross. Most church people today hold a half-gospel. Although they believe that
Jesus died on the cross for atonement, they do not believe in the present
resurrection. Therefore, God's covenant was not fulfilled for them. A new
temple is built in the hearts of those who believe in the present death of the
cross and the present resurrection, and Christ returns (parousian: presence)
into their hearts and pours out the kingdom of God.
This is the word of Joel 2:28-30.『And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour
out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also
upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my
spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and
fire, and pillars of smoke.』This depicts the baptism of
the Holy Spirit and the second coming of Christ.
